Our cook, Lisa Neal, is the daughter of the owner of Shady Lakes Ranch. Lisa is an excellent cook and has received much praise from our guests throughout the years. We are happy to accommodate most diets and/or food allergies, just let us know. Below is a sample menu of just a few of the meals served by Shady Lakes Ranch. Breakfast: Served buffet style with Shady Lakes very own, Texas Scrambler, Bagels and Cream Cheese, Cold and Hot Cereal, Fruit, Coffee and Juice. B-B-Q: Meat, Beans, Cold Slaw, Bread and Dessert. Mexican: Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Salad, Beans, Chips and Hot Sauce and Dessert. (This one is my favorite!) Italian: Spaghetti or Lasagna, Salad, Breadsticks and Dessert. (Special Recipe!) All meals are served with Iced Tea, Water and Lemonade. *We also offer a Snack Time Option, ready to serve at any time of your choosing.
