DISC Personality Training is one of our most popular Leadership Training Retreats. The TEAMS profile is the result of many years of combined experience and research in the areas of leadership and personal interaction. It provides team members with incredibly accurate insight into team roles and group dynamics. It is an excellent corporate resource for team development and the results of the TEAM profile will give leaders the information required to strategically place each person in their best position to maximize their effectiveness. DISC Personality Training is also an effective tool for churches to use so that their members can discover what their natural spiritual gifts are. The Bible clearly teaches that God gives each believer certain spiritual gifts to be used in ministry (1 Corinthians 12; Romans 8; Ephesians 4). Through this program, your members will discover their top five Spiritual Gifts and learn what areas of ministry are best suited for them. At the church “Leadership Training Retreat” your members will also discover what their heart, passion or calling is from the Lord and through both programs, your team or group will learn how to get along and better understand their co-worker’s, friends and family. Low Ropes Course – Our Low Ropes Course is another effective Leadership Training tool for corporations, businesses and churches. We call this retreat our “Group Development Experience Weekend”. The purpose of this retreat is to increase cooperation and communication within your overall group or enhance the guidance and problems solving skills of your leaders. We offer customized games and initiative program that will offer an experimental approach to developing your group’s potential. From people mixers like the Name Game and Group Juggle to problem solving challenges like the Spider Web, we will help your people get physically involved and start to “think out of the box”.  Each course is custom designed to meet your group’s needs.
